Consuming a high - quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil is also crucial and especially for our health and that of our children.

The tasting will take place at the historic Hotel Waldhaus offering healthy dishes prepared with fresh products: the chef and the hosts personally supervise the selection of the best meat, reared strictly on Swiss Alpine pastures, vegetables, organically grown, wine and of 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil, selected among the most prestigious manufacturers from around the world. In the morning guests can have breakfast with fresh milk from the farmers of the Val Fex, while lunch and dinner, the acclaimed Executive Chef Kurt Röösli will amaze you with his cuisine ranging from traditional recipes to delight the most innovative never forgets 'use of crude oils of the Estate Zimarino
