At Banfi's Bar in St. Moritz: from coffee to snacks, from Italian cuisine to aperitif but always with Extra Virgin Olive OIl "Masseria Don Vincenzo"

Last night the chef Luigi, the proprietor of Banfi's Bar, has brought its "Happy Hour" along with Extra Virgin Olive Oil of high quality "Masseria Don Vincenzo" of Tenuta Zimarino from Vasto.

Oils "Masseria Don Vincenzo" were the protagonists in perfect harmony with the dishes prepared by Chef Louis and have been popular with curiosity and pleasure.

Lots of finger food of many kinds, many colors and many flavors accompanied by excellent bubbles but also many combinations made with Extra Virgin Olive Oils "Masseria Don Vincenzo" single variety of Ascolana tender "Per Liliana," Gentile di Chieti single variety of "Costa dei Trabocchi", DOP Colline Teatine Vastese "Don Vincenzo".

These pairings:

Penne served with fresh tomato, chopped fresh basil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Don Vincenzo" DOP Colline Teatine: an Oil flavored, round, fragrant!

Noi abbiamo il massimo rispetto per i nostri Clienti! / We have the utmost respect for our Customers!

We have the utmost respect for our customers, that's why, first of all, our Extra Virgin Olive Oil must be healthy.
We believe that any chemical added to the soil or olive trees, eventually, even if in small quantities, in oils.
In the past we have found that science has not been able to ascertain the danger of certain molecules that later would be considered as such for health.
We have decided to avoid any non-natural molecule: thus not risk to discover later that something we thought innocuous is actually dangerous.

Noi abbiamo il massimo rispetto per i nostri Clienti, ecco perchè, prima di tutto, i nostri Oli Extra Vergine di Oliva devono essere sani.
Noi crediamo che qualsiasi sostanza chimica aggiunta al suolo o agli alberi di olivo, finirà, anche se in quantità minuscola, negli oli.
In passato abbiamo constatato come la scienza non è stata in grado di accertare la pericolosità di certe molecole che più tardi sarebbero state considerate tali per la salute.
Noi abbiamo deciso di evitare ogni molecola non naturale: in questo modo non rischieremo di scoprire in seguito che qualcosa che pensavamo innocua in realtà sia pericolosa.
