Chef Alberto Civardi and sommelier Andrea Ghigliani, in fact, sought an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of high quality to complement the range of raw materials used in their restaurant.
Oils "Masseria Don Vincenzo", the Estate Zimarino, they could not respond positively to the call on the part of "La Fabbrica del Gusto". Congratulations!
